At KC Co, each item is custom-made just for you. Because of this, all sales are final.

Final Sale

All products are made to order, which means we begin production based on the exact details you provide. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly review the issue and offer a replacement if the product is faulty.

Please double-check all personalization details (names, dates, spelling, etc.) before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors made in the submitted design or text.
